You will be notified by email Wednesday, February 4th if your work has been chosen to be exhibited at ABSORB. The grand prize winner of $100 will be announced at the show on Saturday, February 14th 2009. |

Where applicable please be sure to indicate: title of the piece, sale price, medium, and dimensions!3) If applicable, please outline any special instructions regarding the setup of your work.
4) Please provide a short bio / description of yourself or company (Maximum 250 words).
5) We also need a picture of yourself or company logo.
6) Contact information: Full Name, Email, Phone Number and any links to your website(s) or Myspace.
