1) Please tell us whether you are submitting as artist or vendor.
Vendors will be designated a table to sell their wares. Vendors will be responsible for watching their table and items for the duration of the show.2) Show us your work!
Where applicable please be sure to indicate: title of the piece, sale price, medium, and dimensions!- FLAT ART (Paintings, Photographs, Drawings, etc)
Submit up to 5 pieces and please provide digital photos of each submission & indicate size of each piece.

Please send digital clips or web links to a website where it is viewable.
- LINE OF ITEMS (Clothing, Jewellery, Toys, etc)
Please send digital photos or links to a website where your items are viewable.
3) If applicable, please outline any special instructions regarding the setup of your works.
If you use racks or other merchandising tools to showcase any items, please indicate what you would be bringing with your submission.4) Please provide a short bio / description of yourself or company (Maximum 250 words).
5) We also need a picture of yourself or company logo.
6) Contact information: Full Name, Email, Phone Number and any links to your website(s) or Myspace.
